A state between Plane strain and Plane Stress in ABAQUS

Hi everyone
I made a two-dimensional model in Abaqus. I want to define the lateral condition myself, that is, a state between plane strain and plane stress. Does Abaqus software have this capability?If it does, How?

Depending on the element type, you should be able to set values for surface tractions (shear and normal stresses).
